I was passing through on tour from PA and this is by far my favorite bike shop. From the parts, telephone orders, Service and accessories. The food at the grill is actually quite good which was very surprising. I may not get this way often however I will continue to do business with Don, Ed , Jen. Everyone! (cause I don't know everyone's name) I went to or called several bike shops in this area during my pass through and these folks set the bar right at the top regarding customer service! All other bike shops in this area and beyond need to observe how M & M treats their customers and take notes. It has been my pleasure doing business here and I would highly recommend you guys without hesitation. "

"M & M does business the way business should be done. Everyone works as a team from the moment you walk in the door and goes out of their way for you. These guys define real CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was passing through on tour from PA and needed some service and a few accessories. As a fairly new rider Don made me feel very comfortable asking all the "dumb" questions and when we settled on performing the service needed for the next day Ed, who was leaving, overheard us talking and stepped up to the plate stayed a few minutes late and performed it right then so I could get back on the road. The apparel shop has a fantastic selection and gave superb service with my selection (sorry didn't get the ladies names) I returned the next day for some more petty service and again Don and Ed were awesome. While waiting I ate at the grill and was very pleasantly surprised by the hospitable service and equally pleased with the food. I made a telephone order for a small part while in GA and Jenn was excellent ensuring I got the right part at a fantastic price and having it installed when coming back through. I could do it myself but I need to shop and have lunch. During my tour from PA to TX via FL I stopped at many bike shops including Harley Davidson and this is by far my favorite. For customer service, parts, leather, accessories, food; M&M sets the bar right at the top You guys are a top notch destination and I thank you for your superb service. This is what other bike shops aspire to be!"

"The dealer in Colubmia, SC shut down. My buddy at Camp Lejunne bought a Victory also and found that there were no real close dealers..The one he went to ton Greensboro are ignorant asses. Same situation for me, no one worth a damn to service my ride. We heard about you guys, road one day and linked up at your shop to have services done. We enjoyed the grill, the hospitality and the overall professional attitude of everyone that worked there. Because of this experience, I am returning again to have new tires put on, enjoy the grill, get the bike serviced and just hang out. Well worth the 2 hour bike ride to have my Kingpin taken care of. Great job guys. See you on a regular basis."

"I had a jagg oil cooler put on my Harley at your shop. I was made to wait an extra day to get it done beacause of a faulty part. Your personnel explained the reason and was curtious and professional dealing with this situation. I understand now why the mechanic made the decision he did on the repair and am totally satisfied with the results ! I spent the next day enjoying your speed demon grill while the bike was worked on. "I've been in the Harley groups before. Owned a highly customized Fatboy. Won alot of shows and even made it into a few magazines. Wanted something different this time around. Still wanted a cruiser with a big bore V-twin, lots of power and great looks out of the box (vice spending thousands extra to make it stand out). Low and behold, there it was on M+M's show floor. The Victory Vegas Jackpot of my dreams... All the power, looks and even a big fat 250 out back. What more could you want. This bike has it all. I did business with Bill and Mary because I wanted great service, a friendly place to socialize, and knowledgable staff to help me with all my needs for a great "second life" with motorcycling. "I bought a 1973 Harley Sportster off of Ebay while I was in Iraq. When I got back, the first thing I wanted to do is start cutomizing it for me. I'd been to several motorcycle shows, so I knew of several aftermarket parts carriers and looked on the Internet to see if there were any dealers in Fayetteville. M&M was my first choice, as I'd always seen groups of bikers outside of there store on the weekend. I took that to mean they are the place to go. After three visits, the parts salesman knew me by face and name. When I had a problem with my front tire, Bill took the time to explain it all and show me everything that was wrong rather than telling me it was messed up and that I needed to buy a new one. Bill and Roger have guided me through the purchase of parts that not only fit what I'm looking for, but end up saving me money as well. Their customer service goes way above and beyond the norm. "I am very excited about getting my bike that is almost done that was built from scratch by Bill (M&M). I was going to go to SuckerPunch Sally's to have one built, but when I saw what Bill could do and offer, I was so excited...And I still had money to pay my mortgage afterwards((LOL))!!! He gave me a great deal and has put a lot of personal attention into the build. He cares about what he puts his name on and I like that. Because of the way he does business and builds his custom bikes, I know I am going to be happy with every single thing about my BOBBER!! WELL, THAT'S ALL FOR NOW..P.S. "After shopping around for some new leathers (I've grown a bit since riding last) I found just what I was looking for at M&M. I nice riding jacket and some chaps to match, both for less than one of the "Brand X" jackets that I had been looking to purchase. And the young lady who helped me size the chaps was polite and professional. A week later, my wife was able to find a jacket and gloves that she loves for even less than what I paid for my jacket alone. To sum up, if your looking for good quality, road ready gear from a group of folks who actually ride, look no further than M&M Leather.
